Public offer for platform services

1. Parties and subject

This document is an official offer (public offer) of Forsage LLC (TIN 7728282160, OGRN 1037728010396), hereinafter the Operator, addressed to any individual or legal entity, hereinafter the User, to conclude a service agreement on the terms below.

The Operator provides access to the electronic trading platform ERA ETP at 24eraetp.ru and renders the information and service offerings listed in section 3.

Payment for any service constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this offer (Article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).

2. What is free

• Browsing lots and auction results without registration;
• Registration and the basic «Respected» participant status;
• Participation in open auctions, quotation and proposal requests;
• Placing lots and the «Organizer» status for 12 months.

3. Services and prices

Platform commission charged to the winner	The Operator fee for the auction procedure, charged to the winner after a completed deal, on top of the lot price. The rate depends on the lot category and is shown on the lot page before bidding. Platform fee charged to the seller	Listing a lot, running the auction and settlements are free for the seller and the auction organiser. All prices are in Russian roubles and include VAT where applicable. The Operator may change the prices; the revision in force at the moment of payment applies.

4. How services are rendered

• All services are rendered electronically, no physical delivery is involved;
• Access is granted automatically in the personal account immediately after the payment is credited;
• A lot report is deemed rendered at the moment the documents are opened for download;
• A bid is deemed rendered at the moment it is accepted into the auction;
• The «Responsible» status is deemed rendered at the moment it is activated in the account.

5. Payment and refunds

The payment methods, refund grounds and time limits are set out on the page Payment and refunds.

6. Liability

The Operator is not liable for the accuracy of the information placed by Users in lot descriptions and documents, nor for the performance of deals concluded between Users. The Operator is liable for providing access to the paid services within the scope of their price.
